ただ、岩国の住民投票について「国に逆らうな」みたいなことを言っていたように聞こえたんですが、ダブルスタンダードということはないんでしょうかね。
あれは「国防に関しては」という限定がついていたのか…？

正直、橋下氏お得意の「他人の振り見て我が振りなおさず」な気がしています。

「またか」って感じです。
吠えたり噛み付いたりして世間の耳目を集めるのは大好きなようですが、行政の長としてそういう旗を振って見せたときに実務レベルでどういう調整や処理が必要になってくるかというところまでは、ぜーんぜん見通してない・・・という毎度毎度のパターンですね。

「不要な国事業の負担はしない」ええ、一般論としてなら、まっこと正論でありますとも。
テレビ番組のコメンテーターやタレントが口にするならば「そうそう、そうなのよねー」と相槌を打つに吝かではありません。

しかし行政実務の責任者がソレを言うからには「何が不要か」を、国とケンカできるレベルの根拠を持って識別できる能力と、実際に国とケンカする『戦闘能力』、さらには地方交付税交付金をはじめとする国からの便宜供与で「報復」を受けても凌ぎ切れる政治能力が備わってることが要求されるわけで、府の職員に対してすら組織の長としての求心力を発揮できていないレベルの政治家力しか持ち合わせのない御仁がこんなこと言っても、所詮はテレビ芸人の遠吠えにしか聞こえないのであります。

私としては、ダメな人だなぁ・・・という印象をさらに補強する材料にしかなり得ません。

自分は市民のトップとしての資質の無さは例の幼稚園の畑の接収で見えたと思います。
園児に芋ほりをさせないのが可哀相だとか、園長の政治的属性がどうこう以前の問題として、高裁の判断前に接収してしまう事自体が公共の福祉を制限する可能性のある立場の人間としての言動ではありません。

どうやら、支払いのリークは橋下側から行われた様な感じがします。12日に控訴理由書の提出を明らかにしたようですし。

で弁護団側の附帯控訴の書状は確認できるんですが、橋下被告側の控訴理由書はどこかで確認できないんでしょうか？
あれだけ世間への説明責任を行っていた人間がまさか公開しないなんて事はありえないでしょ？

その辺りの装備は自衛隊は所持していますが出動時には用意されていません。
（情報がなくって土砂災害用の装備で出動しましたからね）
これ以上の速さで出動していたとしても装備がないから人力で救助となり、大騒ぎする程の活躍はなかった事が予想されます。
（人力勝負なら大量にいる被災者同士が先に救助していた為）

役所の情報収集ですが、県庁は電話回線は2本を残して（物理的に）断線、無線機も停電で情報収集機能はほぼ停止状態。
職員は自分達も被災している為集まりが悪く、集まった少ない職員でなんとか情報収集、各局への連絡や指示、許認可や救助活動支援とやること山積み。
調べれば調べただけ頭が下がる思いです。
これで尚「やってない」と言う人はどれだけスーパーマンなんでしょうね？

野口氏の要請に知事が事後承諾した話ですが、野口氏に自衛隊へ連絡取るのを最優先で専念しろと指示を出したのは知事自身ですし、連絡を取ったからすぐ派遣が行われるとは思っていなかったのでそこまで指示がいってなかっただけですが？
あと知事に入っていた情報に「姫路、宝塚、芦屋、西宮、伊丹、尼崎、そして周辺町全てで被災、但し規模は不明」ってのがあります。
（神戸は自分で見ている）
この状態でどこに自衛隊を出せばいいか判断できる人っているんですかね？
自衛隊も人員は無限じゃないですよ？
