検察官には、そのような何のメリットもない、むしろ自らの行く末を危うくするだけのギャンブルに熱を上げるバカがいると思う人は、よほど検察官をバカにしているのか、自分の考えていることがどれほどバカらしいかということを分かっていない人かもしれない。
検察陰謀論を唱える人は、自分達がもし権力者の立場であれば、政敵ライバルを蹴落とす為にはこれくらいのことは遣るだろう、という自身の発想力･想像力で言っている。これが証拠だとか、この事実からして明らかだとか言っていても、受動的な理屈付けであって、誰それがコレコレの指示を検察に出したという決定的な証拠を提示できていない。この現実が検察陰謀論が、唱えている者の想像力の産物である何よりの証明じゃないだろうか。
心が卑しい者は考えることも卑しい、ということを示しているのだろう。
