残酷すぎる幼子の最期です。・゜・(ノД`)・゜・。
子供は社会の財産であり、社会全体で育てるものであるという意識は強調されるべきでしょう。そうした意識のもとで、家庭内の問題として放置せず、行政や地域社会の連携により児童虐待問題の解決にあたらねばなりません。そして、それを実現する為のルール、システムの構築を速やかに進める必要があると思います。
今回の事件で更に悔しいのは、測量事務所のお二方は実際に行動してくれていたということです。しかしその行動が結果として適切に処理されて行く事なく最悪の事態を招いてしまったわけですが、「こども１１０ばん」という存在は何なのか？という疑問を持ってしまいます。形式だけ（地域でこんな努力もしてますよという）を繕っていただけなのでしょうか？それとも多忙すぎて小回りが利かず、偶々手をつけられなかったとかで、やむにやまれぬ事情もあったのでしょうか。今回のように赤の他人の方からの通報がストレートに反映され、事情聴取なりの行動に移れる体制は不可能でしょうか。
言った言わないの話で、なんとも・・・。秋葉原事件以降、マスコミは通り魔殺人急増をことさら強調して体感治安の悪化を促していますが、同様に急増している「親の子殺し」を社会問題として取り上げる姿勢が薄いように思います。
もう子殺しを個別案件と見なして五月雨式に扱う段階を超えているのではないでしょうか。これだって少子高齢化にからむ重大な社会問題と捉えるべきうでしょう。
あと、子殺しの大半が「保護責任者遺棄致死」で立件されるのも納得いきません。もっと積極的に「殺人」や「傷害致死」を適用できないのでしょうか。まさか、「しつけ」と言い訳すれば何をしても傷害行為にならないわけではないでしょうに。
昨夜だったかのニュースでやってましたが、近所の住民が取材に答えて「あの家で子供を虐待しているのは有名だった」と話してるのを目にしました。
・・・それぞれが、それぞれに、警察なり児童相談所なりに通報していたならば、この結末は或いは避けえたのではないかと思えてならんです。
欲はあっても、愛のない家庭の犠牲になった女の子のご冥福をお祈りします。
我が子に虐待の限りを尽くして死へと追いやり遺体を埋めた後でも、悲劇の母親を演じつつ、一方で平然と飲みに出歩いて談笑できるとは最早言葉がない。人間らしい心は、とうの昔に捨ててしまったのだろう。
法整備等がいくら進んでも、「面倒なことにはできるだけ関わりたくない」という人の意識が変わらなければ、虐待対策など絵に描いた餅に過ぎないのだと考えさせられる事件です。
大阪におりますので、行方不明の彼女についての情報提供を求めるビラはいろんなところで見ました。まさか、親の手で埋められていたとは・・・言葉もありません。
いろんな点で、（まねしないで良いことまで）アメリカの流儀を取り入れている日本の社会ですが、子どもの保護、という点こそ真似して欲しいです。
多くの子どもが虐待で殺されるたびに大きく報道されるのに、いまだに子どもが虐待されているかも知れない時に（周囲の人間の通報があっても）公的機関の人間が強制的に介入することはできないのでしょうか？
直接手を下した（？）のは、親たちかも知れませんが、周囲の無関心（？）や不作為の罪も重い、と思います。後からは何とでも言えます。
子供への虐待はどれも哀れですが、死に至るまで逃れる術もなく、救いの手も差し伸べられなかったとなると、言葉もありません。
この子には、人権があったのだろうかと思います。
「母親とオトコ」による虐待はよく聞きますが「父親とオンナ」による虐待ってあんまし聞きませんね。私が知らないだけかもしれませんが…。「前の男の子供」を排除しようとするのは「生物として」はアタリマエですから、離婚の際は子供は父親が引き取るべきなんでしょうか。
激しく同意ではありますが、こんなヤバイ輩にチクった事がバレたら、どんな逆恨み受けるかと思うと私だったら及び腰になる自信まんまんです。
種まいて逃げる輩が多そうですので。以前の問題が。

ご批判はあると思いますが、彼・彼女達は懲戒覚悟で何回もやったのです（マジ。「児童の命を救うなら、懲戒や減俸や法律違反（規則違反）がナンボのモンジャい！死んだジッちゃんにあの世で叱られるくらいなら。」「児童を見殺しにした自責の念で残りの人生を送るより。人間として良心に恥ずかしくない人生を送りたい！」orz グータラと酷評される公務員にもサムライはいます。

ちなみに、国の財政支出で言えば、高齢者向け義務的経費は（国庫分となる消費税の全額＋所得税収の全額）とを十分に超過する程度の支出が為されますが、子供関係全ての支出はその数十分の一の規模でしかないと耳にしたことがあります。
＃ここでいう高齢者向け義務的経費とは、基礎年金・介護保険・高齢者医療制度への国庫負担分の総額です。
税収のそれだけの部分が高齢者向け支出であれば、残りの財源は国債発行に求められる側面が多く、そうした制約からは、十分な拡充は現下の歳入構造ではほぼ不可能と思います。
